Members’ research on amaranth in China includes that undertaken by Prof. Cheng, who works at Jinzhi Life Sciences, Baicheng Normal University.

He presented Grain Amaranth in China: Nearly two of decades development at our 2016 Conference State of the Art in Amaranth Research, Food Utilization and Use in Development.

At our 2022 Conference Prof. Cheng and Dr. Matthew W. Blair presented Amaranth Production in N. China.
