The Amaranth Institute is a non-profit organization that includes individuals, partnerships, firms corporations and associations who deal, in whole or part, with the growing, importation, processing, grinding or distribution of amaranth seeds, vegetable amaranth or amaranth-processed products. 

Members of the Amaranth Institute network include farmers, educators, researchers, food ingredient processors, health food professionals, and industry representatives.
